Every school pays one flat $50 per month, which covers up to 20 students. Beyond that, it's just $2.50 per additional student per month. Staff and parent accounts are always unlimited and free.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?+
No. There are no setup fees, no per-seat charges for teachers or parents, and no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime.
Can we import our existing students and books?+
Yes — you can bulk-import students and your library catalog from a spreadsheet, and look up books by ISBN to auto-fill details.
Is our data private and secure?+
Every school's data is fully isolated from every other school. Parents and students only ever see their own records, staff access is controlled by role-based permissions, and every view of a student record is logged. We never use your students' data to train AI — a Data Processing Addendum is available for your board.
Can we get our data out?+
Always. Your roster, grades, admissions pipeline, and library catalog export to spreadsheets anytime — your data is yours, with no lock-in.
What happens when our student count changes?+
Your subscription adjusts automatically. Add students mid-year and you're only billed for the additional ones; the base always includes your first 20.
